Okay, ever play Street Fighter II? Ryu takes 4 frames [12 in SF3, I don't remember how many frames he spends with his behind him] to shoot a Hadouken.
He puts his arms behind him, gathers Ki, and then thrusts his hands forward and the Ki leaves his hand as a fireball.
This seems like Korah shoots some sort of projectile [hence Blizzard BALL], but he starts by holding his blade in front of him, moving it in a clockwise fashion until his arms are parallel, then swings his arms along his side to launch the attack.
I don't know the framerate by eye, but it looks like he's spending 8 frames readying the attack and then 4 more actually flinging it off the sword - twice as long preparing the attack than actually shooting it. It's got incredible startup lag.
And I'm not really sure how to fix it at the second. You can reduce some frames from having Korah start moving his blade from his idle stance (which is already at a 45 degree angle)
Also I don't think you need the blade's motion-blur until he actually executes the attack. :V

Wow NF did you really make that!?
if you so, you've improved greatly, and i mean effing greatly.
Though what that attack is missing is body movement. His arms move, his sword moves, His legs moves but his torso stays still. The Anatomy of a human would twist with a swing as strong as that.
But anyways, you are great! Korah is great! =D

I wish I made that, but it was really Kaze. I made the stance and the attack however, although the attack fails. I'll fix up that attack eventually, whenever I have time.

Well, the stance is also pretty effing epic. and the Attack IS good, it just needs him to bend.

Not really, Korah has shades on his shirt bright enough to depict perception. Look, just make his toso skinnier when facing forward, wider when facing frontward and back to skinny when facing backwards.
