Well lemme explain, whilst Deux looks cooler, in his TLOK outfit.

He use attacks with his arms, by transfiguring them into scythes, and other close range weaponary.

If he's using sleeves, then well his attacks look worse, and the execution of moves look awkward.
He may look coller, but he'll be harder too animate and such.
Plus most of hoves are suplex based.
Making it look weird when he grabs an enemy.

But I still think it would be better in his more amazing outfit. Instead of worrying about the moves looking sloppy because the outfit doesn't work with the fighting style, just change the style. Or make his clothes change with him. Your allowed to change things around. It doesn't have to be completely unchangeable if it's an original from yourself.

Dear god, that'd be worse.

The original outfit i did for the game was a mixture... but this one is growing on me :/

I think he does look older in that outfit, at least he seems more mature, like in his old outfit, he seemed like he was just hiding himself, this one seems like he is showing off muscle,

I planned one of Deux's only projectile attack.

its called Crescent Moon Strike:

like the pic shows,
Deux you charge up energy, the more energy you charge up, the larger, more range, and more powerful the attack becomes.
but, its a slow chargeing move, which leaves Deux open for attack.
He can sidestep a little though...
